　　1. Installation method of JXL-A humidifier

If used in chemical fiber, silk enterprises or other places with clean air, there is no need to connect the air duct, as long as a nylon mesh is placed at the air duct interface. After installing the humidifier, connect the inlet pipe and overflow pipe, turn on the tap water, and connect the single-phase power supply to use it. Connect the water inlet and overflow outlet with plastic or G1/2 "threaded hose. The overflow pipeline must be lower than the overflow outlet. If there is no water overflow, the humidifier can also spray normally, and the water pressure is normal. If there is a large amount of water overflowing from the overflow outlet and the water level is higher than the overflow outlet, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. When the humidifier is not in use for a long time, the water source should be turned off. If automatic humidification is required, place the humidity control in a location where the humidifier mist cannot be directly sprayed and is easy to observe, and connect the single-phase power supply. The humidifier is connected to the humidity controller, which should adjust the required humidity value for the workshop. When the humidity reaches the set value, the humidifier will automatically shut down. When the humidity drops, it automatically turns on for humidification to maintain the required humidity level in the workshop.

There is no need to connect the air duct, as long as the air duct interface is covered with nylon mesh. Install a rectangular skeleton at the air duct interface, and then cover it with nylon mesh. Temperature self-control:

Place the humidity controller at a position where the fog cannot be directly sprayed and is easy to observe, connect the single-phase power supply, and connect the output terminal to the humidifier, so that when the humidity reaches the set value, the humidifier will automatically stop spray. When the humidity drops, it will be automatically humidified by spray to maintain the required humidity in the workshop. If humidity control is not required, do not use a humidity controller.
